Hand-sorted grapes from 40-year-old vineyards, gently pressed, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels. Dry white wine with a beautiful pale golden colour with greenish hints and a transparency with a crystal shine. Concentrated and herbaceous-fruity aroma with prevalent tones of musk, herbs, honey and green apples. Fresh wine with a medium body and a soft rounded taste. At the end it has a prevalent juiciness combined with a long feeling of freshness and a herbal aroma in the aftertaste.

It can be drunk by itself or combined with light meat dishes or fresh salads. Also suitable are herbal cheeses, grilled vegetables and seafood.
